Project Manager for the design and development of a multi-phase custom global leasing system. The system handles leasing from the application phase to distribution of funds. Led a seven-person client team responsible for gathering requirements.
· Responsible for the pricing and e-commerce modules and the international deferred items.

· Developed procedures for the monitoring of call and correspondence activity following the commencement of the demutualization mailing to policyholders.
· Responsible for the development of call center procedures to assess the operational readiness for both call center and paper correspondence vendors.
· Evaluated call center metrics and recommended procedural changes before the commencement of the demutualization.
